Volunteer at Latitude59 2026

Whether you’re here for new connections, cool experiences, learning or making a difference, we’re committed to making this a platform where you leave with more than you came with. The rest is up to you.

If you’re ready to help make this the best Latitude59 yet, we’re ready to make this a volunteer experience you’ll be glad you said yes to.

We’re currently looking for volunteers for Latitude flagship event in Tallinn.

Community

Connect with
like-minded people

You’ll spend meaningful time with our team, other volunteers, and attendees from 70+ countries. Past volunteers left with professional opportunities, friendships and connections that outlasted the conference badge. By the way, we throw epic afterparties. Just saying.

Learning

Drive your own growth

Growth at Latitude59 isn’t scripted. It might be a conversation that opens a door, the courage to approach someone new or seeing how an event like this actually runs. Instead of just watching from the side, you’ll learn by being in it.

Volunteer roles at Latitude59 2026
May 20-22, Tallinn

Latitude59 brings together some of the most influential investors, startups, and ecosystem builders in Europe and beyond. Your job is to provide support that makes a smooth experience, from running errands to ushering guests from point A to point B, to making sure the VIP Lounge is always VIP-worthy.

The stage is where Latitude59 comes alive. You’ll coordinate closely with our speakers, hosts, moderators, and tech booth to make sure they’re where they need to be, when they need to be there and ready to deliver. If you’re calm under pressure and good with people, this one’s for you.

You’ll help capture and tell the story of Latitude59 in real time through photography, video, writing and social media. If you have an eye for a moment and know how to share it, you’ll thrive here.

First impressions matter. You’ll be one of the first people attendees meet, managing badge claim, keeping queues moving, and making sure everyone finds their way. It’s fast-paced, people-facing and central to the whole experience.

The engine room of the event. You’ll be hands-on with venue setup, supply runs, security, and our sustainability efforts. You’ll make sure everything is in place before the doors open and runs smoothly throughout the event.

You’ll support the volunteer community from the inside by organizing volunteer events, setting up the volunteer area and being the first point of contact for questions and updates. Latitude59 has over 100 volunteers, and someone needs to make sure they feel just as taken care of as the attendees.

You’ll help us understand how the event went! Your job is to be like an anthropologist-detective collecting data, making observations, and supporting surveys. The insights you collect directly shape future editions of Latitude59.

You’ll manage inventory, run sales at the L59 store, and make sure team and volunteer shirts get to the right people. A mix of prep work and customer-facing action throughout the event.

This year, we’re open to co-creating roles with volunteers. If you have an idea for a contribution that goes beyond what’s listed here, and it’s worth the experiment, we’re happy to try it out.

A word from us

Latitude59 doesn’t happen without its volunteers. Every edition is shaped by people who choose to show up, take ownership and care.

We’re not looking for warm bodies to fill shifts. We’re looking for people who want to contribute, grow, and be part of something meaningful. In return, we’ll take your experience seriously. Your time matters, and we’re committed to making this something you genuinely get value from.

If you want to be a part of a volunteer community that lasts beyond the event, we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteering at Latitude59 FAQ

Everyone who applies will hear from us at the email you provided. We review applications on a rolling basis and may reach out with a few follow-up questions before offering you a role. Either way, you’ll hear from us.

We look at three things: availability across shift days, the skills and experience you bring, and how your interests align with the roles we have. We read every application personally!

This year we’re aiming for somewhere between 80 to 120 volunteers. What’s important is every one of these volunteers has a clear and meaningful role!

Yes, and we want to be upfront about that. We receive at least double the applications we can accommodate. If we can’t place you this year, we hope to keep in touch and find other ways for you to engage with the Latitude59 mission.

Applications close on April 24. Spots fill up fast and we review on a rolling basis, so earlier is better.

Expect roughly 8 to 12 hours of volunteer work spread across shifts. These happen during the event days or production days beforehand. Outside your shifts, you have full access to Latitude59.

Full access to Latitude59 during off-shift hours, an official volunteer T-shirt and lanyard, meals and refreshments during shifts, an invite to the volunteer afterparty with the core team, a Certificate of Participation, and access to the Latitude59 Volunteer Community WhatsApp group.

You must be 18 or older at the time of the event.

Absolutely! International applicants are welcome. Just note that Latitude59 does not cover travel or accommodation expenses. We’ll share hotel recommendations closer to the event date.

Email us at volunteers@latitude59.ee — we actually reply. 😉
